HR ROBOT Madison is an innovative technology-based solution that allows companies and organizations to configure software robots to perform routine, rule-based tasks on the computer in a manner similar to a human worker.

A robot that supports the recruitment process
The project uses an attended robot license that works hand in hand with the employee on his computer, acting as a personal assistant and helping with daily tasks. It is the employee who decides when he wants to use the robot’s help and for what purpose (within what process). The project involves the implementation of task automation as part of three indicated processes:
PROCESS 1
Sending an e-mail to candidates who have not been able to engage in the recruitment process / have been rejected.
PROCESS 2
Sending an e-mail with GDPR consent to the candidate and adding consents to the system.
PROCESS 3
Refreshing the database of currently available candidates.
