Privacy policy
Based on Article. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we would like to inform you that:
- The administrator of personal data is Madison sp.z o.o. (“Administrator”) – based in Ciechanów, 06-400, ul. Battalionów Chłopskich 17/8.
- Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) and b) GDPR, i.e. on the basis of a voluntarily expressed consent and activities aimed at concluding a contract, in order to present employment offers, as well as conducting recruitment processes.
- The recipient of personal data will be the Administrator’s employees / associates, companies providing IT services to the Administrator as well as the Administrator’s clients and contractors.
- Personal data will be processed until the consent is revoked and – on the basis of separate provisions – for the purposes related to the pursuit of possible claims, will be stored for a further 10 years.
- The administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
- You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data, rectification, supplementation, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to transfer data,
- withdraw consent to data processing at any time;
- withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Your personal data will not be used for the purpose of profiling, including for automated decision making.
8. After completing the processing of your personal data for the original purpose, this data will be processed only for the purpose specified in point 4.
9. As part of the company, pursuant to Art. 37 of the GDPR, we have established a team responsible for performing the function of the Personal Data Protection Inspector.

The use of cookies on the Madison sp.z o.o. website
Our websites may use “cookies” to identify the user’s session while using our website. These files ensure the proper operation of the Website.
Cookies are text files that are stored on the website User’s end device. They usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.
Cookies used by Madison sp.z o.o. they do not store any personal data or other information collected from users.
Data collection:
In accordance with the accepted practice of most websites, we store HTTP queries directed to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our website. The content viewed is identified by URL addresses. We also know, among others:
- time of arrival of the inquiry,
- time of sending the answer,
- URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – in the event that the transition to the website of Madison sp. z o.o. was followed by a reference, information about the user’s browser
These data are not associated with specific people browsing the websites of Madison sp.z o.o. To ensure the highest quality of the website, we occasionally analyze log files to determine which pages are visited most often, which web browsers are used, whether the page structure is error-free, etc.
Use of data:
The collected data is stored as auxiliary material used to administer the website. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server and the Madison sp.z o.o. network. Based on the log files, statistics can be generated to assist in administration. Collective summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any features that identify visitors to the website.
